Designed to fit most senior-style carts with room for accessories.  The cover features large grommets every 12" for a cable lock so the cover can only be removed by you.

Grommet fits up to a 15mm (.59") cable cable lock, allowing you to use most standard bike cable locks with 1/2" or less cables/or connectors.  Here's an example of a cable lock that fits the grommets.
